Which tools do you use for design?

We design website interfaces in Figma. Animated graphics are created with Lottie or Rive, and videos are edited in Adobe After Effects.

Do you design mobile first?

We don’t separate desktop and mobile design. In most cases, we start with the desktop layout since it’s the more complex one. However, we consider mobile from the very beginning, always keeping your target audience and traffic sources in mind.

Why don’t you build your designs pixel perfect, but fluid instead?

Fluid design is the new gold standard. Pixel perfect might have been a good idea ten years ago, but today websites are built to be fluid. A pixel-perfect site would only look ideal at one specific screen size — below or above that, the layout could easily break. We want your website to look great on all screen sizes and devices, which is why we build fluidly.

What does your design process look like?

We start with a kick-off to define the design goals. During this phase, we also take your personas and how you use your website into account. Next, we create moodboards to explore different style directions. From there, we move into our design exploration phase to identify the right visual direction for your website. Once that’s defined, we design the remaining pages.

How many rounds of revisions are included in your process?

Instead of working with fixed revision rounds, we prefer to use a time budget for adjustments and coordinate with you in shorter intervals. Based on our experience, this approach helps us reach the goal faster while keeping your team more closely involved in the process.
