A patched-together site. 850 products. One automated system.
Bloomwell came to us with a heavily patched custom CMS that blocked the team from making even basic updates. We rebuilt the entire site on Webflow with a fully modular component system, then automated their entire product catalog with a self-updating sync between their product feed and the website.

Situation
The challenge
Bloomwell is one of the most ambitious players in Germany's young cannabis telemedicine market. Their social media presence was sharp, fresh, and clearly defined. Their website was none of that. The brand on the site didn't match the brand in their content. The structure was outdated. And worst of all, the site ran on a heavily patched custom setup that had become nearly impossible to maintain.
The team couldn't make meaningful updates without external help. Every change was a workaround. As the company moved fast in a fast-moving market, the website held them back instead of carrying them forward.
About
Visual transformation
Based on a fresh brand identity, we developed a complete new UI design built component-first from the start. Every section, every element, designed as a reusable building block with variants and variables. The result is a system the team can extend, rearrange, and scale without needing us for every change.

Project scope
Bring the website in sync with the brand
The social media presence had defined a clear, modern, and confident brand. The website needed to match that energy at every touchpoint.
Component-first UI design
We designed the new visual system in components from day one. 123 modular blocks with variants and variables, built to be assembled and reassembled into any page Bloomwell needs.
Give the team full control
After month of being blocked by a patched-together CMS, Bloomwell needed a system the team could actually use. Editing, expanding, and launching new pages without developer dependency.
Full Webflow rebuild
Complete migration from the patched custom CMS to a clean, maintainable Webflow setup. Built on the new component library, ready for the team to take over.
Automate what doesn't need a human
With hundreds of products and constant availability changes, manual catalog maintenance wasn't sustainable. The product database needed to update itself.
Automated product feed integration via n8n
We built an n8n automation that taps into Bloomwell's public product feed. Initial import of 850+ products into Webflow, with continuous syncing for prices, availability, and product status.
Build for the pace of the market
Cannabis telemedicine is a fast-moving category. The website infrastructure needed to support quick experimentation, new campaigns, and product expansion without becoming a bottleneck.
Modular system enablement
The team was onboarded to the component system and the automation, with the knowledge and tools to keep building independently.
