If you’re already using Apollo, Instantly, or another outbound stack, we’ll assess in the discovery call whether your current data sources can plug into the same architecture. The system is built around clean account data, not Clay specifically. Clay just makes that part easiest.

Up to 30 or 60 variables depending on your Webflow plan - that’s the limit of CMS fields per collection. Most teams start with 4-6 variables: company name, industry, headcount, use case, a relevant case study, and a personalized headline. More variables create more specificity but also require more fallback logic - we map and test every variable to ensure pages never render broken content when a field is empty. The template is built to handle gaps gracefully so every page looks intentional, not incomplete.

Typically 2-3 weeks from kick-off to your first live personalized page. Week one covers the template design and Webflow build. Week two covers the Clay integration, variable mapping, and fallback logic. Week three is QA, SDR onboarding, and first campaign launch. The timeline assumes your Clay account is ready - basic enrichment table setup in Clay is included, so we can hit the ground running from day one.

Yes, the setup is not limited to just one template. Most teams start with one core ICP template, then add campaign-specific variants over time: a different template for enterprise accounts, one for a specific product use case, one for a key vertical. Each template uses the same Clay + Webflow architecture, so adding variants is straightforward once the system is live. Additional templates are scoped and priced separately depending on complexity.
