The challenge

Instaffo had a problem most fast-growing SaaS companies recognize: the product was moving faster than the brand. Their main website ran on Webflow, but their entire landing page stack lived on Instapage, with a different look, a different feel, and no shared component logic. Every new campaign created more fragmentation. The brand felt inconsistent to prospects and, more importantly, to investors. On top of that, any content change required a developer. The marketing team had no autonomy. Scaling campaigns meant scaling dependency.
