Situation
The challenge
Crewmeister was investing over €1.4M per year in paid acquisition, running all of it through a website with no CMS. Every landing page change, every headline test, every campaign adaptation required a developer. The marketing team had no autonomy, and the cost of that dependency was compounding with every campaign cycle.
The product had outgrown the website. The infrastructure hadn't kept up. And with that level of ad spend at stake, a full migration carried real business risk.

Full migration and phased rollout
